Texas Goat Advertising Frequently Asked Questions

Is advertising on Texas Goat free?

Well, no.  However, the cost to advertise on Texas Goat is as close to free as we could get it.  Let's face it, boys and girls, nothing is free anymore.  We set our advertising fees low to encourage our readers to use our service.  However, we charge a nominal fee for two reasons.  First, we will keep the 'riff-raff' from posting annoying and space-wasting advertising that none of us want to read about.  Secondly, the ads are intended to support the Texas Goat website, which is by far the largest, yet the least profitable website in the Southern Star Enterprises online family.  So, pay your few bucks, post your ad and keep this valuable source of goat information alive!

Tips and Tricks on Posting a Successful Ad
As with any ad you place, the trick to catching a potential buyer's attention in just a few words is to list the very most important information.  Remember the who-what-when-where-how rule. Who (grandaughters of the Ennobled Top Gun 2) what (example: Fullblood Boer Does) when (call after 5pm, anytime weekends) where (central Texas) and how (phone number and/or e-mail so folks can contact you) are extremely important info.

Heads up on Scammers and spammers -
We've all been around long enough to know there are unscrupulous individuals out there.  If someone contacts you and offers to pay more than you are asking for, it's a scam.  And keep in mind that there are individuals out there that want to play games with you.  Remember, if it's too good to be true...
